Educational infrastructure and solutions

Educational Infrastructure

The paediatric pathway was, as previously mentioned, adapted from the generic one. This can be accessed at NES Advanced Practice Succession Planning Pathway.

Additionally participants on the paediatric pathway have access to the  Scottish Paediatric Advanced Practice Network which is hosted within the Children and Young People's Managed Knowledge Network web-based resource.

This network aims to

  • To share and discuss issues and experiences
  • To contribute to national discussions on advanced paediatric practice
  • To share educational resources
  • To provide peer support where appropriate
  • To advance inter-professional learning and practice

Information about paediatric advanced practice education and courses is also available via the  Children and Young People's Managed Knowledge Network.
